Verdict. Morning takes first place because it combines the densest network in the panel, public prices on every plan and included services that avoid hidden costs, starting with 40 monthly meeting-room credits. Deskopolitan offers the richest campus in terms of services, but on a single site open to the public. Wojo is unbeatable on entry price, at the cost of spaces often located in hotel lobbies. Hiptown publishes its rates openly but requires a twelve-month commitment. WeWork closes the ranking for lack of any viewable French rate.
Ranking method
Only operators selling a coworking desk to one person or a small team within Paris made it into the panel. Coworking cafés, libraries and community third places were excluded, as they offer no subscription, no meeting room and no business address.
The prices used are exclusively those publicly displayed on the operators’ websites, collected on 22 and 24 September 2026. A price obtained by quote could not be checked by the reader. The absence of a public price is therefore treated as a comparison criterion in its own right.
The market justifies this requirement. Paris alone accounts for 40% of the one million square metres of coworking space in France, according to Ubiqdata (2023). In such an abundant supply, price transparency becomes the first filter for comparing like with like.
1. Morning, the densest coworking network in Paris
Morning operates more than 25 spaces open to coworking in Paris and the inner suburbs. The model relies on buildings taken under management, refurbished and run directly, which gives the operator direct control over design, reception and services.
Nomad access starts at €280 excl. VAT per month. It offers free seating in the shared spaces across the whole network, with unlimited bookings at other Morning addresses through the mobile app, and 24/7 access to the main site.
Included services make the difference when comparing. The subscription includes 40 monthly meeting-room credits, phone booths, a coffee counter and a gym. For a team that hosts clients, these credits remove a cost line that other operators charge by the unit.
Scaling up happens without changing operator. The dedicated desk starts at €550 excl. VAT per month, and the network offers private offices of 4 to 25 desks, independent floors and entire buildings. A growing team keeps the same home base.
The contract remains flexible: a service agreement, one month’s notice and a €420 deposit. For occasional needs, the day pass costs €48 incl. VAT with instant online booking, secure wifi, phone booths and unlimited coffee. The plans are detailed on the Morning coworking desk page .
The limitation is geographic: the offer is concentrated in Paris and the inner suburbs, with no network in other French cities or abroad.
2. Deskopolitan, the most complete campus
Deskopolitan runs a 6,000 m² urban campus at Paris Voltaire, in the 11th arrondissement. A second address, on boulevard Pasteur in the 15th, is listed as not open to the public.
Prices are public and clear. The nomad desk costs €7 excl. VAT per hour or €42 excl. VAT per day, with no booking required. The open-space resident desk, accessible 24/7, starts at €590 excl. VAT per month. The private office starts at €700 excl. VAT per desk from four people, and at €990 excl. VAT for a single-person office.
Deskopolitan’s strength is the density of services on a single site: restaurant, garden, concierge, sports studios, a community nursery and eleven meeting rooms for 1 to 14 people. It is the most consistent choice for a team that wants everything on site.
Its weakness stems from the same model. With a single campus open to the public, Deskopolitan does not allow working elsewhere in Paris on the same subscription, and its resident desk costs more than twice Morning’s nomad access.
3. Wojo, the cheapest entry point
Wojo sells an à la carte option from €15 per day per desk, bookable through its app with no commitment. It is the lowest entry price recorded on the Paris market.
The price reflects the model. Most of Wojo’s Paris network is attached to Accor group hotels, so the desk sits in a hotel lobby or shared area, with the corresponding noise level.
A monthly subscription exists, but it is not presented as a usable price grid on the Paris page. A team wanting to compare a monthly cost will have to go through a sales conversation.
4. Hiptown, prices displayed site by site
Hiptown publishes its rates address by address, which remains rare in this market. The desks recorded on 22 September 2026 range from €150 to €300 excl. VAT per month depending on the site, with internet, cleaning, furniture and meeting-room credits included.
The Paris network notably covers Bourse-Grands Boulevards, Dupleix, Invalides, La Villette and Porte Maillot. The point to watch is contractual: the offers recorded require a twelve-month commitment, which is a poor fit for a business whose headcount varies from one quarter to the next.
5. WeWork, an international network with no public price
WeWork publishes no French rates that can be viewed freely. Its French pages return a 403 error to automated access, and a form is required to obtain a price.
Its main argument is the global network available through the All Access plan. It becomes relevant for a team that regularly works from London, Berlin or New York. For a business rooted in Paris, this advantage does not offset the lack of price transparency.
Why Anticafé and Kwerk are no longer in this ranking
Anticafé still appears in several competing Paris rankings. Yet in September 2026 its website only lists two venues, in Bordeaux and Strasbourg. A Paris ranking that includes it recommends an address that no longer exists.
Kwerk is also frequently listed among Paris coworking spaces. The operator now presents itself as a managed office specialist, with individual offices, executive suites and private floors across three addresses in the 8th arrondissement, with no coworking desk offer and no published prices.
How much does coworking cost in Paris in 2026

Occasional use, a few days per month
Below six days of presence per month, the à la carte day pass remains the most rational choice. Wojo is the cheapest from €15, while Morning offers a dedicated space with phone booths and coffee for €48 incl. VAT.
The small team of 2 to 10 people

Once half of working days are spent outside Paris, a global network such as WeWork regains the advantage, provided you accept going through a sales rep to learn the price.
Criteria to check before signing
- The public price. An operator that displays no rate forces a negotiation before you even know whether the offer fits the budget.
