Morning or Wojo: which one should you choose?

Comparing Morning vs Wojo means comparing two very different ways of coworking in Paris. The two networks are often mentioned together, including by Wojo itself, which lists Morning among the best known names in Parisian coworking on its own page. Yet one runs office buildings, while the other relies largely on hotels. This coworking comparison is based on the prices and locations displayed on morning.fr and wojo.com, collected on 29 September 2026.

Morning vs Wojo: the comparison in one table

Verdict. For a freelancer, a startup or an employee working in Paris several days a week, Morning is the most complete and transparent option: a membership with a public price, buildings designed for work, 40 meeting room credits and 24/7 access. Wojo takes the lead for two specific profiles: people who only come in a few days a month and want the cheapest day pass, and people who travel often across France.

Two opposite models: office buildings versus hotels

The most structural difference between Morning and Wojo is not price, but the nature of the venue. It shapes the noise level, opening hours, services and even the wifi.

Morning runs buildings dedicated to work

Morning takes over office buildings, renovates them and operates them itself. More than 25 of its spaces in Paris and the inner suburbs are open to coworking, alongside private offices, independent floors and entire buildings leased to a single company.

This model gives direct control over the fit-out. Every Morning coworking space has phone booths, a coffee counter, equipped meeting rooms and common areas, with a schedule of around 60 fitness classes a week run by coaches.

The operator says more than 500 freelancers, consultants and startups subscribe to its coworking access.

Wojo relies largely on hotels

Wojo lists 45 Paris addresses offering coworking in its sitemap. Only 7 are Wojo buildings: BnF, Madeleine, Champs-Élysées, Gare Saint-Lazare, Pigalle, Gare de Lyon and Montparnasse Gaîté. The other 38 are located in hotels, mostly from the Accor group: Mercure, ibis, Novotel, Adagio, as well as JO&JOE and Lyf.

In these hotels, the workstation is usually at the bar, in the restaurant or in a fitted common area. Wojo itself states that this type of space is accessible subject to a purchase on site, and the wifi is the hotel’s.

This model explains both Wojo’s strength and its limit: a very wide network and low prices, but an experience that varies a lot from one address to the next.

Morning and Wojo prices: what each plan really costs

The coworking prices of the two operators do not read the same way. Morning displays flat rates, Wojo variable rates depending on the address.

Day and half-day passes

At Morning, a coworking day costs €40 excl. VAT, or €48 incl. VAT, whatever the space. Booking is instant, with no commitment, from 8:30am to 7pm on weekdays.

At Wojo, the 30 bookable offers on the Paris coworking page range from €10 to €32 excl. VAT per day per person. The 7 Wojo buildings sit at the top of the range, €32 excl. VAT per day and €22 excl. VAT per half day. Hotel spaces range from €10 excl. VAT, at the JO&JOE Nation hostel, to €29 excl. VAT.

On a daily basis, Wojo is therefore cheaper than Morning at all its Paris addresses. The gap ranges from €8 excl. VAT in a Wojo building to €30 excl. VAT in the cheapest space.

The monthly membership

This is where the two offers differ most. The Morning nomad access starts at €280 excl. VAT per month, a publicly displayed price. It includes unlimited 24/7 access to a main space, unlimited bookings in the network’s other spaces through the mobile app, and 40 monthly meeting room credits.

Wojo offers two memberships: a part-time plan giving access to the network 12 days a month, and a full-time plan with unlimited access. Their price is not displayed on wojo.com as of 29 September 2026. Members get printing and meeting room credits, in amounts that are not published.

Not to be confused: the €9.90 per month Wojo membership, with the first month free, is not a coworking plan. It gives a discount of at least 10% on food and 20% on some access passes.

The Paris market benchmark

Spaces and included services: what each network brings

At a comparable price, the value of a coworking space lies in what is included. The two operators do not bet on the same services.

Morning’s services

The Morning membership includes:

• 40 meeting room credits per month, bookable in the app, across 300 rooms in Paris and the inner suburbs;
• 24/7 access to the member’s main space;
• phone booths for confidential calls;
• a coffee counter and common areas (kitchen, lounges, terraces depending on the address);
• around 60 fitness classes a week;
• up to 4 nomad badges per company, for a small team.

The 40 credits weigh the most in the calculation. A meeting room booked by the hour starts at €20 excl. VAT at Morning: a freelancer who meets two clients a week quickly saves the equivalent of part of the membership.

Wojo’s services

In Wojo buildings, the offer is close to classic coworking: secure high speed wifi, ergonomic furniture, phone booths, bar and snacks, lockers, and depending on the site a gym, a garden or a rooftop. The BnF site, for example, hosts up to 70 people in coworking.

In hotels, the services are those of the establishment: bar, restaurant, terrace depending on the address. Four of the Paris spaces surveyed are open 24/7, all of them in hotels.

Wojo’s real strength is its network: its sitemap lists 170 coworking addresses in France, most of them outside Paris, available to members and private office clients. Wojo even announces close to 300 addresses when Europe is included. No Paris operator like Morning covers that need.

Flexibility, commitment and contract

Both operators position themselves on flexibility, with some nuances.

At Morning, the membership is a service agreement, not a lease. Notice is one month, to the end of a month: notice given on 15 January ends the contract at the end of February. Discounts of 10% and 20% apply for a 6 or 12 month commitment. A €420 deposit is required on arrival and returned on departure.

At Wojo, coworking memberships are presented as flexible, adjustable and commitment free, with the option to increase or reduce the number of desks. The precise terms, including any deposit, are not published.

Morning or Wojo: which one to choose for your profile

The right choice depends less on the operator than on how often you come in and where you work.

The freelancer based in Paris

The occasional remote worker

For two to four days a month, with no need for meeting rooms, Wojo is the most economical. A day in a hotel at €15 or €20 excl. VAT remains cheaper than a Morning day at €40 excl. VAT, provided you accept a less quiet setting than an office building.

The growing team

A small team is better off choosing a network that lets it move from a shared desk to a private office without relocating. Morning covers that path with the dedicated desk from €550 excl. Mistakes to avoid before choosing between Morning and Wojo

1. Comparing a day rate with a monthly price. The right calculation multiplies the day rate by the number of planned days, then compares it with the membership.
2. Forgetting the cost of meeting rooms. Two client meetings a week are enough to tip the balance towards a plan that includes credits.
3. Assuming every address in a network is the same. A Wojo building and a Wojo hotel lobby offer neither the same quiet nor the same opening hours.
4. Signing without a written price. When a membership is not displayed, ask for a detailed quote before committing, deposit included.
5. Overlooking geography. A national network is only worth it if you actually work outside Paris.
