This comparison covers the four operators most often cited for this search: Morning, Wojo, WeWork and Hubsy.

Why companies look for a meeting room in a coworking space
Hybrid work has changed how offices are used. According to Insee, the share of employees who work from home, even occasionally, rose from 9% in 2019 to 26% in 2023 (Insee, “Pratique du télétravail”, October 2025). Teams meet less often, but on those days they need a real room to work together.
Coworking meets this need with no lease and no permanent room to pay for. The market has also become more structured:
“49 national players, 950 addresses recorded, 59 brands.” IMMPROVE, Barometer of managed offices and coworking, spring 2026
The same barometer notes that Morning’s openings on rue Duret, in the 16th (6,300 sq m), and rue de Sofia, in the 18th (8,000 sq m), are the only two deals above 5,000 sq m recorded in the Paris region since autumn 2025.
Morning, nearly 300 meeting rooms across Paris
Morning is the operator in this comparison with the largest number of rooms: nearly 300 equipped meeting rooms in Paris and the inner suburbs, for 1 to 25 people. Bookings start at €20 excl. VAT per hour, for a 2-hour minimum, and the rate depends on the room, its capacity and the level of service chosen.
Rooms in every business district
The rooms are located in Morning spaces, so you can choose an address close to a station or to a client. A few examples from the morning.fr catalogue:
- Laffitte, 34 rue Laffitte (9th): 24 rooms, from €50 to €195 excl. VAT per hour, for up to 16 people.
- Trévise, 32 rue de Trévise (9th): 18 rooms, from €15 per hour, for up to 25 people.
- Auber, 6 rue Auber (9th): 13 rooms a short walk from the Opéra, for up to 18 people.
- Feydeau, 31 ter rue Vivienne (2nd): 9 rooms, several of them with natural light, for up to 14 people.
The catalogue also highlights the rooms at Concorde and Général Foy, in the 8th, and at Bourse, in the 2nd.
Ready-to-use equipment
Every Morning room comes with a connected TV (HDMI and USB-C cables), a whiteboard, fibre Wi-Fi and, in most rooms, a videoconferencing system and natural light. Step-free access, air conditioning and a reception desk complete the set-up. On request, the team adds breakfasts, lunch trays, coffee breaks, a technician or specific equipment.
Cancellation is free up to 7 days before the meeting starts, and a same-day booking can be cancelled within 30 minutes.
Day and monthly options
To work before or after the meeting, Morning offers three day options, on weekdays from 8:30 am to 7 pm:
- coworking by the day, at €48 incl. VAT (€40 excl. VAT) per person, with instant booking;
- an office by the day, a private space for 2 to over 50 people, from €55 excl. VAT per person;
- a meeting room, from €20 excl. VAT per hour.
Regular users switch to nomad access, from €280 excl. VAT per month with a 12-month commitment. It opens more than 25 Morning spaces, round the clock in the main space, and includes 40 meeting room credits per month. A dedicated open-space desk starts at €550 excl. VAT per month. All rooms can be booked on Morning’s meeting room rental page.

Hubsy has made the coworking café its signature, with three addresses in Paris: Arts-et-Métiers (3rd), République (10th) and Saint-Lazare (9th). Rooms seat 2 to 6 people, from €12 incl. VAT per hour for two to €25 for six, with hot drinks and snacks included during the booking.
For a larger group, the Appartement Vivienne, in the 2nd, can be booked in full: around 80 sq m of Haussmann-style space with workshop glass walls, for up to 15 people, at €300 for a half-day. For coworking, a day costs €28 and an hour €6.50, and the cafés also open at weekends.

How to choose a meeting room in a coworking space
- Real capacity. A room listed for 8 people is comfortable for 6. For a workshop with a flipchart, allow some margin, as explained in our guide to meeting room design .
- Equipment. A hybrid meeting needs a camera, microphone and speaker, not just a screen. The expected equipment is listed in our article on the modern meeting room .
- Minimum duration. Some rooms can be booked from 1 hour, others from 2 hours.
- Cancellation terms. They range from a few hours to several days depending on the operator.
- Prices excl. or incl. VAT. Published price lists do not always show this the same way.
